Merusuland encompasses approximately 15 acres of undeveloped high-desert land in Luna County, New Mexico. Set against views of the Florida Mountains, the property provides the foundation for a thoughtful, land-based vision.
Development will occur in carefully planned stages, beginning with access, water, infrastructure, and sustainable growing opportunities. Future concepts include crops, herbal cultivation, a roadside market, outdoor lodging, and seasonal family experiences.
